Job brief
– we are looking for well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will handle all KDR sales processing and aftersales to assure that orders and maintenance items delivered at time.
– The goal is to develop services for KDR customers and grow relationship through excellent aftersales service.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up orders shipping and POD.
• Respond to aftersales mails from KDR customers with timeline.
• Collect maintenance items by shipping or drivers.
• Check maintenance items and follow up with service center to finalize it with dead line agreed
• Follow up aftersales shipping and POD
• Handle the processing of all credit note with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Archive all KDR transaction documents as physical and soft copy
• Assist sales manager with some reports
Requirements
• Prefer experience in sales coordinator and aftersales
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Work under pressure and multi task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
