The Health Insurance Council explained the reasons for the end of insurance coverage for beneficiaries.
He confirmed in an “infographic” published on his account on the “Twitter” website, that the insurance coverage ends upon the maximum benefit of the document and upon the expiration of the policy period or its cancellation, and the death of the insured or the end of the contractual relationship with the employer, for the Saudis.
The Council added that the insurance coverage ends when the insured leaves the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (final exit) and the insured moves to work for a new employer (transfer of sponsorship).
