The Qatari Attorney General’s office announced in a statement today, Thursday, that after reviewing the papers and the reports attached to them, the Public Prosecutor ordered the arrest of the Qatari Minister of Finance, Ali Sharif Al-Emadi, and asked him about the crimes raised in the reports of crimes related to the public office, including damage to public money Abuse of office, abuse of power.
The Public Prosecutor has ordered the opening of extensive investigations into the crimes raised with the submitted papers, according to the Qatar News Agency.
