Royal royal orders were issued today, the texts of which are as follows:

With the help of God Almighty
We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
After perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Decree No. (A / 90) dated 27/8/1412 AH.
And after reviewing the Council of Ministers Law issued by Royal Decree No. (A / 13) dated 3/3/1414 AH.
And upon perusal of the relevant laws, regulations, orders, royal decrees, and decisions.
Based on the public interest.
We ordered what is to come:
First: The Ministry of “Housing” is attached to the Ministry of “Municipal and Rural Affairs,” and its name is amended to be “Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.”
Second: The Council of Experts in the Council of Ministers – in coordination with whomever it deems appropriate from the relevant authorities – within a period not exceeding three months from its date of the following:
1- Completing the necessary legal procedures to enforce this requirement of our order, including transferring and defining the functions, equipment, employees, jobs, properties, items, credits, and others.
2- Reviewing the laws, regulations, orders, royal decrees, decisions and others that have been affected by what has been mentioned in our order, and proposing what is necessary in their regard, to complete the necessary legal procedures.
Third: Our matter is reported to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.

We ordered what is to come:
First: His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Haqil shall be appointed Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
Second: Our matter is reported to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.

And after reviewing the system of ministers, deputy ministers, and employees of the excellent rank, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 10) dated 3/18/1391 AH.
And after reviewing the Saudi Central Bank system, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 36) on 4/11/1442 AH.
And after reviewing Royal Decree No. (A / 534) dated 7/28/1441 AH.
And after reviewing Royal Decree No. (A / 14) dated 3/3/1414 AH.
We ordered what is to come:
First: His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Karim Al-Khulaifi, Governor of the Saudi Central Bank, is relieved of his post.
Second: His Excellency Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah bin Abdul Latif Al Mubarak is appointed as Governor of the Saudi Central Bank, with the rank of Minister.
Third: Our matter is reported to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.

First: His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Karim Al-Khulaifi shall be appointed as an advisor at the Royal Court, at the rank of minister.
Second: Our matter is reported to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.

And the supreme commander of all military forces
After reviewing the officers’ service system, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 43) dated 8/28/1393 AH, and its amendments.
And after reviewing Royal Decree No. (A / 43) dated 2/1/1441 AH.
And based on what His Highness the Minister of Interior presented to us.
We ordered what is to come:
First: Major General / Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al Yahya (Director General of Passports) is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General.
Second: His Highness the Minister of Interior must implement this order.
