– Work closely with the Emerson division to maximize potential for Emerson Process Management in the region
– Build relationships with customers that will generate future sales and repeat business
– Protect and grow existing installed base. Develop key accounts and target competitive accounts for market share gain
– Actively engage in Project Pursuit on both Entity and Destination basis
– Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
– Establish annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and prioritize own activities
– Complete and submit monthly forecast
– Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts
– within the organization
– Deliver on commitments
– Manage and develop the complete Emerson product range
– Accountable for achievement of individual and department budget
– Responsible for the growth (bookings and sales volume) in sales region.
– Co-ordinate with Emerson Product Marketing Managers to ensure common messaging.
– Generate “Quantifiable Business Results” (QBR’s).
– Conduct differentiation / product seminars and/or training to internal and external customers.
– Ensure activities tie into Product Marketing initiatives.
– Ensure Process Sales and Marketing Strategies are implemented throughout the region, in conjunction with regional leadership.
– Assist new product launches in region, in conjunction with Marketing Team. Activities include: product
– Rollout to customers, demonstrations deployment, training, ensuring local approvals are met.
– Assist in Key Account and Project Pursuits activities. In particular, focus on developing Differentiation Strategies during initial pursuit cycle.
– Assist in regular competitive market research as needed and identify local competitive threats.
– Deliver pre-sales product and technical support.
– Assist in any new and ad-hoc Marketing programs as needed.
– Deliver regular updated analysis of regional performance
– Lead all sales activities & business initiatives in the territory including: setting sales meetings, delivering presentations, general marketing, work with Product Specialists and the local business partners etc.
– Develop and implement sales strategies for projects, Maintain an accurate project pursuit list.

Bachelor degree in instrumentation and control engineering
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
