| Job Summary: – The Circulation Coordinator will oversee all the operations of the magazine’s circulation department and supervise sales and distribution as well as subscriptions. Responsibility will include: – Oversees distribution channels to ensure efficient operation and accurate recordkeeping. – Ensures accurate maintenance of subscriber records to facilitate prompt delivery. – Maintains subscriber lists for use in sales promotions. – Performs other related duties as assigned. – Manage, execute, and analyze all aspects of circulation and distribution including new subscriptions, renewals, complimentary subscriptions, and free-to-paid conversion programs. – Manage, maintain, and communicate all circulation data as needed including a weekly report on subscriptions. – Actively monitor retention rates and identify and execute best practices for retention. – Maintain in-house mailing lists and coordinate with printers as needed ensuring proper data is prepared and sent on schedule. – Identify and resolve problems related to subscription fulfilment and management. – Coordinate subscriber-related business processes between marketing, operations, and production vendors. – Serve as customer support contact for all subscription issues and questions. – Manage all supplier relationships for retail and CFD (controlled free distribution). – Perform all other duties as assigned. |
